A Bit About Me
Proud Palestinian who was born and raised in Dubai, UAE. Attended the Emirates International School where I participated in a multitude of extracurricular activities such as the Model United Nations and charities like Dubai Cares where I served as the Head of Media for 2 years. Moved to the States in 2016 after graduating High School to pursue a college degree. Finally settled in Frisco, Texas where I earned my bachelors from the University of North Texas. I have had a passion for media and film since I was a child and intend to turn this passion into a career.
Graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts from UNT in Media Arts having worked on a variety of production sets including live broadcasting and narrative filmmaking. Over the years I have garnered work experience in a multitude of fields including Sales, Retail, Marketing and Media Development.

Currently employed at the Samsung Experience Store in Frisco's Stonebriar Mall. I am responsible for providing a quality customer experience, dealing with customer issues related to their phones as well as selling Samsung devices to them to meet company revenue quotas. Due to my experience in sales and technology 2020companies saw fit to hire me to one of the only 5 Samsung stores in the country. Each employee is measured by how much revenue they bring in as well as how much care+ they sell to customers.
For 3 months I was an in-field marketer responsible for marketing Leaf Filters gutter protection as well as generating leads from customers to close out an a sale. I was placed in a variety of Lowe's stores, greeting customers as they walked in and pitching Leaf Filter’s gutter protection to generate leads. I had to meet company quotas and had a set goal of how many leads I had to generate per day.
2 years of experience in Best Buy where I was an advisor in the computer and mobile departments. My experience in computers has made me a useful advisor in those departments. I was responsible for tending to customers and helping them make educated decisions on their purchases to best solve the problem that they are having. I was also responsible for selling membership programs that best buy offers to customers such as Total Tech Support that will augment their purchases and create value in order to get them to return to shop at best buy. In addition I pitched the Best Buy Credit Card to customers who can benefit from our promotions and our flexible financing options.
